Clear, Fair and Transparent – Our Terms of Business

💬 INTRODUCTION:

At Vital Staff Recruitment, we believe in doing things the right way. Our Terms of Business outline how we work with our clients, what you can expect from us, and how we ensure fairness and professionalism in every placement.

These terms apply to all temporary staffing arrangements and bookings made through Vital Staff Recruitment.

✅ SUMMARY OF KEY TERMS:

• Booking Fees: Our rates are tailored to your sector and needs. A full breakdown is provided upon your request or initial booking.
  
  

• Upfront Payment for First Booking:
  For first-time clients, we require payment before staff are supplied. This helps protect our workers and maintain service reliability.
  
  

• Worker Vetting:
  All workers are:

  • ID checked

  • Right to work verified

  • DBS-checked (if applicable)

  • Referenced

  • Trained to industry standards

• Cancellations:
  Cancellations within 4 hours of a confirmed shift may incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the booking fee.

• Direct Hire Restriction:
  Clients may not directly hire any VitalStaff worker without written consent. A transfer fee will apply if a worker is taken on directly within 24 months of their last shift through us.

• Payment Terms:
  Standard terms are 7 days from invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur fees or interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

• Timesheets & Confirmation:
  You’ll receive a booking confirmation and timesheet per worker. Approval is required by the end of each working week.
