VitalStaff Recruitment was born from lived experience — not just business plans.

Co-founded by Ashleigh and Patrick, we’ve walked the walk. With backgrounds in healthcare, trades, military life, SEN parenting, and business leadership, we know what it means to show up when it matters.

We launched Vital Staff to be different — an agency that puts people before profit and quality before quotas. Whether it’s supplying HCAs to care homes, TAs to schools, or guards to secure sites, our focus stays the same:

After building and scaling a six-figure property business, and working frontline in care, hospitals, and SEN education, we saw first-hand the staffing crisis across multiple sectors.

We knew something had to change. And we knew we could do it differently — better.

So, we created Vital Staff — a recruitment agency grounded in empathy, high standards, and second chances.
